The place is clean, and all staff members are competent and top-class.

The location was lovely and unbeatable, in front of a garden and a mountain.

The services were EXCELLENT, including scrumptious and gorgeous breakfasts and free parking if needed. The room was neat and perfect, had facilities we wanted. Location: the hotel was very close to the river, all the surrounding activities, and restaurant.

We appreciated spending 3 nights here. The property was quaint with awesome staff from all staff members. The hotel had great location close enough to the Restaurant and the SPA Ladies and many famous activities.

The rooms here are spacious and well-equipped with an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a cozy stone fireplace.

Its setting, great to be outdoors with beautiful surroundings. Also appreciated the prompt service and friendliness of restaurant staff.

Having stayed the previous night at another hotel for the same rate, we felt that the lodge rates were very high and not value for money in terms of the rooms facilies. The rooms were very cold and there weren't really means to warm them up due to electricity constraints. The shower had no water pressure which was very frustrating and dampened the experience as it was impossible to get warm. We both left with a bout of flu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing one-night stay at Tsitsikamma Lodge & Spa. the location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a truly beautiful area. Plus, we loved that the cubical shrine, a main attraction, was just 3 km away from the hotel!

Peaceful Atmosphere and Recreation

Late Night Arrivals. Arriving at 8:30pm, we found the reception and all other facilities closed.

Hi this was the time in my hole life, we had the honeymoon suite, the resturant manager and his staff was briliant and we was treated in the cabin with flouwers exelent food, the cabin was decorated every night with champane and romance, candles was lited up and the fire place was on every night when we came back from our daily journey, all the other staff was briliant but one thing we will never forget and that was the wonderful treatment that we received from the restuarant manager and his staff. Thank you for a wonderfull stay and we can recomend everybody to stop there and enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay.SANDRA And alexander.

Had an excellent time. the hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a very beautiful area, near many famous activities as well as waterfalls. - the location was stunning - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
